This is a Salt Glow Scrub, it can either be used in the bath as a bath salt, or in the shower as a scrub. It contains Epsom salt which reduces inflammation, therefore reducing pain, so this is great if you're having any kind of body pain! It also has Himalayan salt in it which is the most powerful stone of love - and what better way to absorb love than to soak in it? Salt is very cleansing; bathing or showering in it renews you and removes negative energy that may be following you. The essential oils that are in it are lavender, eucalyptus, and rosemary; the eucalyptus is what gives it such a nice bright feeling that instantly wakes you up, the lavender helps relax your muscles, and rosemary also increases skin's elasticity therefore decreasing droopiness, inflammation and age spots. Most importantly, the nutrients of rosemary can help protect skin cells from damage often caused by the sun and free radicals. Castor oil promises softer skin and is considered to be one of the finest natural emollients available today. Avocado oil is rich in nutrients, it helps to keep skin supple, while thoroughly moisturizing and softening stubborn, dry, rough skin.
When you get out of the shower, your skin will be so moisturized you won't even need lotion!
