Our bracelets are designed with a stretchy, durable cord that fits most wrist sizes comfortably. If you need a specific size, please mention your desired measurements in the Note to Seller box during checkout.

Measuring your wrist for a bracelet is pretty straightforward. You can do it on your own, or enlist the help of a friend or loved one.

  1. Make sure you measure the wrist you plan to wear your bracelet on.
  2. Using a soft measuring tape, like one you’d use for sewing, is ideal.
  3. Wrap the measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist.
  4. Note the number on the measuring tape, and add a half inch to determine the right bracelet size.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and cleaning it gently with a soft cloth. Store your pieces in a dry, safe place when not in use, and remove when working out, bathing, or swimming.

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email notification from us containing a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking details to be accessible.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at brenna@spoonlesswitch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly for you.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account (either the Shop app or on our website) and checking your orders.

Absolutely, we ship to all countries worldwide. International customers may face a delivery wait of up to two weeks, and products could be subject to customs fees. Please be aware that I cannot take responsibility for any customs charges incurred.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped. Please be aware that delays may happen due to holidays, postal service complications, or unexpected circumstances beyond my control. Rest assured, you will be notified promptly via email in such situations.

Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to a PO Box.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Pickup and Delivery

For locals only.

Your order will be brought to you by Uber, offering the choice between a no-contact delivery or a regular one. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Please note that we do not provide delivery service on Sundays. A minimum order of $20.00 is required for Local Delivery, along with a delivery fee of $6.99 for this service. To check if we can deliver to your location, select one of your desired items, then click "Check your address" under Local Delivery.

Eliminate shipping and delivery fees by selecting free local pickup at our store, situated at 33 Prince Hill Road, Brooklyn, Connecticut 06234. Just place your order and choose the local pickup option at checkout, and your items will be ready for collection within one business day. Once your order is prepared, we will email you with pickup instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
Our in-store pickup hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • We are closed on Sundays. 

Kindly remember to bring your order confirmation number (which was emailed to you) when you visit.

Returns

All returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted.

All special collection items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, while other jewelry items have a 14-day return policy.

Crystals possess a 14-day return policy, similar to jewelry. Please consider this before making a purchase.

Discounted and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Under no circumstances can beauty products be returned, regardless of any claims about their usage.
